Iskaara Trader's Ottuk
There are no guarantees when you purchase an ottuk from Tattukiaka. At least they're cute.
🎯 How to get it
The Iskaara Trader's Ottuk can be purchased from Tattukiaka in Iskaara for 1 Terros's Captive Core and 1 Eye of the Vengeful Hurricane. Both items drop in the Vault of the Incarnates—one from Terros and the other from Dathea, Ascended. They can be from any difficulty in the raid and do not have to be from the same difficulty.
Why trivial? Guaranteed purchase for gold/currency.
