Headless Horseman's Mount
Be it into the flood, or into the fire, this one will go where you require.
🎯 How to get it
The Horseman's Reins teach the Headless Horseman's Mount. This item can rarely be looted from a Loot-Filled Pumpkin, which level - characters can earn once per day during Hallow's End by defeating the Headless Horseman.
Why moderate? Farmable drop — weekly lockouts help.
